The City of Enderby is actively monitoring for flood conditions and will activate its Emergency Operations Centre if conditions deteriorate and additional support is needed.
Due to the rising level of the Shuswap River, several closures are in effect:
A fire ban will be in effect as of May 18, 2023. The fire ban affects the City of Enderby and the Shuswap River Fire Protection District.
The fire ban is consistent with the Kamloops Fire Centre Direction, which prohibits:
