Notice of No Public Hearing – September 3, 2024 at 16:30 – City of Enderby Zoning Bylaw No. 1550, 2014 Amendment Bylaw No. 1799, 2024 (Zoning Text Amendment Application – 612 Cliff Avenue)

At the Regular Meeting of Tuesday September 3, 2024 at 4:30 pm, Enderby City Council will consider City of Enderby Zoning Bylaw No. 1550, 2014 Amendment Bylaw No. 1799, 2024.  This bylaw is associated with a Zoning Text Amendment application for the property legally described as PARCEL B (DD 179916F) BLOCK 13 DISTRICT LOT 150 KAMLOOPS (FORMERLY OSOYOOS) DIVISION YALE DISTRICT PLAN 211A, and located at 612 Cliff Avenue, Enderby BC.  This bylaw proposes to amend the City of Enderby Zoning Bylaw No. 1550, 2014 to increase the maximum permitted gross density for the subject property from 60 units per hectare (24.28 units per acre) to 79.79 units per hectare (32.29 units per acre), in order to increase the number of permitted residential dwelling units for the property from 2 to 3.  Pursuant to Sections 464 (3) and 467 of the Local Government Act, the City of Enderby is prohibited from holding a public hearing for this bylaw and is providing notice of its consideration and that written submissions will be accepted.

All persons who consider they are affected by this bylaw may deliver a written submission to the Corporate Officer by 3:00 pm on Tuesday September 3, 2024 (drop off: City Hall, 619 Cliff Avenue; mail – PO Box 400, Enderby BC, V0E 1V0; email – info@cityofenderby.com).  All written submissions received will be read before Council at the meeting of September 3, 2024, prior to Council’s consideration of the bylaw.  Copies of the proposed bylaw may be inspected at Enderby City Hall between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., excluding 12:30 p.m. through 1:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
