For emergencies such as a sewer back-up or water break, telephone the regular number for City Hall, 250-838-7230 and follow the prompts to be connected with the on-call Public Works member.
Dog control services may be reached at 250-838-0233 and will operate as usual through the holidays. If there is an emergency involving a dangerous dog, call 250-838-0233.
Garbage collection will occur on its regularly scheduled days of Tuesday, December 24, 2024 and Tuesday, December 31, 2024.
Recycling collection will occur on its regularly scheduled day of December 23, 2024 and is provided by the provincial contractor for this area, Emterra. If you have a service question, telephone the Emterra customer service line at 250-545-4245.
Requests for cemetery services should call City Hall at 250-838-7230 and leave a message. Messages will be monitored for cemetery service requests.
