At the Regular Meeting of Monday June 17, 2024 at 4:30 pm, Enderby City Council will consider City of Enderby Zoning Bylaw No. 1550, 2014 Amendment Bylaw No. 1793, 2024. This bylaw is intended to bring City of Enderby Zoning Bylaw No. 1550, 2014 into compliance with the small-scale, multi-unit housing legislation. Pursuant to Sections 464 (4) and 467 of the Local Government Act, the City of Enderby is prohibited from holding a public hearing for this bylaw and is providing notice of its consideration and that written submissions will be accepted.
All persons who consider that they are affected by this bylaw may deliver a written submission to the Corporate Officer by 3:00 pm on Monday June 17, 2024 (drop off: City Hall, 619 Cliff Avenue; mail – PO Box 400, Enderby BC, V0E 1V0; email – info@cityofenderby.com). All written submissions received will be read before Council at the meeting of June 17, 2024, prior to Council’s consideration of the bylaw. Copies of the proposed bylaw may be inspected at Enderby City Hall between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, excluding 12:30 pm through 1:30 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
