Notice of Public Hearing – Zoning Text Amendment Application – 123 Red Rock Crescent, Enderby BC

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 466 of the Local Government Act, a Public Hearing will be held electronically on Monday October 7, 2024 at 4:30 p.m. to hear representations on the following matters:

CITY OF ENDERBY ZONING BYLAW NO. 1550, 2014 AMENDMENT BYLAW NO. 1803, 2024

This Bylaw proposes to amend the City of Enderby Zoning Bylaw No. 1550, 2014 to permit a detached secondary suite to be located on the second storey level of an accessory residential building for the property legally described as LOT 1 SECTION 27 TOWNSHIP 18 RANGE 9 WEST OF THE 6TH MERIDIAN KAMLOOPS DIVISION YALE DISTRICT PLAN KAP59880 EXCEPT PLAN KAP65977 and located at 123 Red Rock Crescent, Enderby BC.

All persons who consider they are affected by this Bylaw will be provided an opportunity to make representation to Council by attending the Public Hearing or by delivering a written submission to the Corporate Officer by 3:00 pm on October 7, 2024 (drop off: City Hall, 619 Cliff Avenue; mail – PO Box 400, Enderby BC, V0E 1V0; email – info@cityofenderby.com).  Should you wish to attend the Public Hearing electronically, please refer to the agenda package for the Council meeting of October 7, 2024 for instructions.  Copies of the proposed Bylaw may be inspected at the office of the City of Enderby, 619 Cliff Avenue, Enderby, B.C. until October 7, 2024, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., excluding 12:30 to 1:30 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays, and will be posted to:
